The AI Readiness Audit is a one-week diagnostic engagement. I review up to three of your operational workflows as a senior solutions architect, assess where AI genuinely fits and where it does not, and deliver a structured written report with a prioritised implementation roadmap.
This is not a training session. It is not a generic strategy presentation. It is a focused diagnostic that gives you a defensible, specific answer to the question every founder and CTO is sitting on: where do we actually start?
A branded PDF report, 15 to 25 pages, covering:
Workflow Analysis
Current-state analysis of up to 3 workflows, with inefficiency hotspots identified and quantified where data allows.
AI Applicability Map
Each workflow scored and categorised as high, medium, or low fit, with risks and contraindications called out explicitly.
Tooling Recommendations
Candidate tools for every high-fit opportunity, build vs buy analysis, and estimated monthly cost for each recommendation.
Implementation Roadmap
Prioritised across 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month horizons, sequenced by ROI vs effort, with a specific recommended first step.
The report is written to be circulated internally. A founder, a technical co-founder, or a board member can read it and understand what to do next without asking you to translate it.
Sign and Complete Pre-work
You sign, pay the deposit, and complete a short pre-work questionnaire covering your business, team structure, tools, and the workflows you want audited.
Discovery Call
A 90-minute video call. I map your workflows in detail, confirm the scope, and gather the context that the questionnaire cannot fully capture.
Analysis
Workflow review, AI applicability assessment, tooling research, and report drafting. Async, no interruptions to your team.
Delivery Call
A 60-minute call to walk through the findings and answer your questions. The report is sent at least two hours before so you can read it first.
Q&A Window
Seven days of email follow-up for clarifications on the report. Any work beyond clarifications is scoped and quoted separately.
